airs a private investigator and a Coalition recruiter with a child's professional team in an intensive 12-20 week effort to make the connections that can bring a child together with his or her own forever family.
Extreme Recruitment® is a race against time, working exclusively with the hardest-to-place children before they age out of the foster care system and are left on their own. Whether blood ties or ties of the heart, belonging to a family – having that love and support – can make a profound difference in our kids' lives.
As one of our kids said after finding his forever family, "I'm a real boy now...I'm no longer a boy in foster care."
