Any parent will tell you that successful foster/adoptive parenting takes more than love…it tasks skill, too.  The Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition provides a variety of programs to help support families as they provide the best possible care for their kids.  You can:

• Attend skills-building training sessions
• Participate in parent and older youth support groups
• Shop at [RE]FRESH or the KidStore
  
• Get help through our Educational Advocacy Program
• Utilize our 24-Hour Crisis Intervention
• Learn more about the Birthday Buddy Program or Little Wishes
• Learn about common questions foster/adoptive parents have
• Read current and past editions of our parent newsletter, “News You Can Use”
