Welcome to the FACC Foster Parent Classifieds! This section allows foster parents to help each other since most of our foster children come into the system with little more than the clothes on their backs. Foster parents are then left scrambling trying to find appropriate clothing, equipment and shoes for children in their care.
The Parent to Parent Trade Classifieds is a free section that allows foster parents to post items that they no longer need, and also see what other parents have to offer and contact them accordingly.
The KidStore Classifieds is a free section that allows foster parents to see what we have to offer at our KidStore, a small resale shop open exclusively to children in foster care. The KidStore (located at Tyler Presbyterian, 2109 S. Spring, 63110) provides high-quality clothing at “garage sale” prices; most items cost between $ .50 and $1.00.
