Brittany - A Place to Call Home Minimize

This “girly” girl enjoys jewelry, purses and clothes. Brittany actively participates in swimming, basketball and loves going to camp. She describes herself as “friendly”, does well in school and aspires to become an actress when she grows up.

Jessica - Project Teen Plus Minimize
Play Video Play Video   Fourteen-year-old Jessica is waiting for an adoptive family of her own. Jessica has a clear understanding of adoption and longs to be a part of a forever family. She would like a family “who is always there for each other no matter what – through thick and thin.” Jessica says that her expectations of a forever family are that they will “always be there and not judge you by the way you look.” She believes that someone would want to adopt her because she is “smart, talented and knows right from wrong.”
 
This young aspiring actress is not afraid to step on stage and perform; she can play a serious role or a comedic one. In addition to drama, Jessica enjoys activities such as going to the mall, dancing and playing sports like bowling or basketball. Tony (16) is a multi-talented teen who’s headed for success!  Described as social and outgoing, he is an accomplished singer, dancer and actor, who hopes to become a professional performer.

Elijah - Wendy's Wonderful Kids Minimize

Elijah Elijah is a soft-spoken 12- year old with an active imagination. Although initially shy, Elijah is a keen observer and will gladly share his ideas. He lightens up and becomes animated when talking about cars and other topics of interest.   Elijah has warm brown eyes and an engaging smile. He likes computers, playing with toy cars, and the board game “Battleship”.

James (14) is an attractive young boy with light hair and blue eyes.  He enjoys playing sports, being outside, and playing video games.  James likes school, but will need a family that is willing to help him out and keep him interested.  James is a very lovable child, with a good personality.  He makes friends easily and enjoys being around other children.  James does best when he has one on one attention.

Carlandis - Wendy's Wonderful Kids Minimize
Play Video Play Video   Carlandis is a curious 13-year-old who initially seems a bit shy.  Carlandis likes to spend time outdoors, and enjoys playing basketball and baseball. He would like to go to Hawaii some day, and thinks it would be “cool” to learn how to surf.  Carlandis is strong academically, and enjoys math, but his grades do not always reflect his abilities.  He enjoys socializing with friends, but also likes quiet, private time.

Fourteen-year-old Sirnitra is a lovely, “typical” teenage girl with a beautiful smile and warm, sparkling eyes. She radiates an inviting, full-of-life quality that along with her caring nature and sense of humor makes her quite likeable.  Sirnitra enjoys singing and dancing, and loves listening to music. She is very creative, and enjoys demonstrating her creativity through arts and crafts and photography. Sirnitra is very athletic and particularly likes playing basketball. Sirtnitra, who also loves to cook, says that she would like to be chef someday.

Lakeisha is a bubbly 14-year old with an outgoing personality who brightens a room. She is described by friends as loyal, kind and helpful with a great sense of humor. Lakeisha enjoys being around people, and her talkative nature keeps conversations lively.  A fun loving “typical” teen, Lakeisha likes to dance, sing and socialize with friends. She enjoys being outside, doing arts and crafts, and sewing. Her engaging smile is a great complement to her spirited personality.

Leticha is a very attractive young lady with a bright smile.  She has a great sense of humor and can be silly at times.
 Leticha loves outdoor activities and all sports, especially basketball.  Leticha also enjoys and plays on both volleyball and soccer teams.  Leticha loves attending summer camp, riding bikes, and bowling.  She also likes video games, drawing, and gospel music.
 
Although Leticha has had recent success in school and has improved her grades significantly, she would benefit from assistance organizing her school work.   She would do well with a family that can give her the structure and assistance she needs. Leticha has two older siblings and would like to remain in contact with them.

Play Video Play Video  Sharda, Tierra and Tiffany are three dynamic sisters waiting for a family.  Sharda (17 years old) is an outgoing young lady who enjoys dancing, cooking, and reading in her spare time.  She hopes to pursure a career in physical therapy.  
 
“Friendly, funny, and easygoing” are words that Tierra (15), a thoughtful and talented teen, who plays the flute and enjoys singing in the choir.  Tierra hopes to one day go to law school.
 
Tiffany (13)  is honest, friendly and family-oriented.  She has a good sense of humor, and likes to “make sense of things” by talking them out.  Her favorite leisure activities are dancing, singing and jumping rope.

Michael - Wendy's Wonderful Kids Minimize
Michael (11) is an intelligent, inquisitive soft spoken boy who desires a forever family. Although at first shy, Michael loves playing football and playing outside. Along with most boys his age, his other favorites are video games, watching sports on television, and cartoons. Michael enjoys new experiences like going to museums, or pottery. McDonald’s is one of his favorite picks; he especially loves a McFlurry for dessert.  Ideally Michael would need a two parent family or a single parent family with a strong father figure where Michael is the youngest or only child in the family.

Talented and creative she loves to express herself through art, and she can frequently be found sketching, drawing or coloring. She is also a bookworm who can be found curled up with a good book. Samantha is friendly and, like most tweens, somewhat shy around new people. Jasmine & Johnetta are a spunky pair of sisters who would thrive in a supportive and loving family.  This 12-year old is an outgoing, social butterfly who loves to sing and dance. An enthusiastic student Jasmine loves to read and write. She has a great sense of humor and gets along well with other children. Jasmine is also patient and nurturing big sister.

Her 9-year old sister, Johnette is an active, affectionate child and, like her older sister, loves to sing and dance and play with dolls.
