Charlie is a fun kid! She has been in care for 2 years. She is an avid DIY crafter. She loves arts and crafts. She is helpful around the house helping with projects and fixing things. Charlie started band this year, and she is enjoying playing the flute. Her room is decorated in butterflies. Charlie is also a jokester and is often making jokes and trying to make other people smile and laugh. For her birthday, she would like clothes, jewelry, and makeup.
