We are dedicated to driving positive change in the field of child welfare by empowering professionals and creating a brighter future for children and families in need.

How We Help Professionals

  • Finding homes for children: There are many ways we can assist with family finding efforts for a child on your caseload who is in need of a kinship, foster, or adoptive home.
  • Educating Caregivers: We provide thousands of hours of completely free trainings each year to caregivers. Please invite your families!
  • Advocacy, Navigation, & Support: Our team provides care coordination to help your families navigate multiple systems, including complex educational systems.
  • Extra Support: From granting birthday wishes to stocking closets with quality clothing, we’re here to offer the extra support families need to thrive.
  • Training & Program Replication: The Institute for Child Welfare Innovation offers training and program replication services to child welfare professionals across the country.

Referral & Collaboration Opportunities

We welcome and encourage referrals from the Children’s Division, their contracted foster care case management agencies, and court personnel. We look forward to partnering with you!
