Program Overview
Family Enrichment brings joy, stability, and a sense of normalcy to children and families impacted by foster care. Through material support, meaningful experiences, and respite events, we help families navigate challenging times with dignity and care.
We also build a community of trained and trusted volunteers—individuals who are dedicated to standing alongside foster and adoptive families every step of the way.
Generous donors support children impacted by foster care through opportunities like Little Wishes and Birthday Buddies. Their gifts help children gain confidence, create lasting memories, and support stronger, more stable placements.

Clothing Allowance Access
The Clothing Allowance Program makes it easy for foster youth to get the clothes they need without waiting for reimbursement. We purchase requested items upfront and deduct the cost from their annual clothing allowance.

Project Dream Dress
Every high schooler deserves to feel and look their best at their prom, and Project Dream Dress is here to make that happen. We’re dedicated to ensuring that youth impacted by foster care experience a special prom night by offering beautiful dresses and dapper tuxedos.

Little Wishes
Offering children impacted by foster care opportunities for joy, growth, and cherished memories.

Birthday Buddies
Birthdays are meant to be special! Birthday Buddies benefits kids in foster care with upcoming birthdays who have been identified as likely to receive very few or no gifts for their birthday.
What to Expect
Eligible families can easily apply online for programs such as Little Wishes, Project Dream Dress and Birthday Buddies. After submitting an application, our team connects with families to learn about each child’s unique requests and coordinate next steps.
For Respite Events and Back-to-School Bonanza, participation is determined through either a lottery system or first-come, first-served registration.
