ReFresh: Fashion With Purpose For Youth

Program Overview

ReFresh is a nonprofit resale store in St. Louis offering affordable, name-brand fashion for all sizes and styles. Every purchase supports children impacted by foster care, helping provide the essentials they need. Powered by staff and dedicated volunteers, ReFresh makes it easy to shop with purpose and give back to your community.

Accessories such as handbags, shoes, jewelry, belts, scarves, and sunglasses
Bridal wear
Formal wear

Accepted Donations

New or gently-used clothing for children and adults: child sizes (0-16 youth), men (S-4XL), women (XS-4XL), and shoes of all sizes.
Accessories including new or gently-used handbags, jewelry, belts, scarves, and sunglasses.
Bridal and formal wear to help make every special occasion possible.
New or gently-used hoodies, name brand and graphic t-shirts, joggers, leggings, and athletic shoes to stock our free clothing closet for children and teens impacted by foster care.
Fabric items such as linens, bedding, curtains, and worn clothing/shoes are recycled, generating funds to purchase brand-new socks and underwear for kids of all ages.

Program Eligibility

Youth of all ages in foster care or who have exited to adoption or guardianship may qualify for up to $200 in free clothing and 30 pieces from ReFresh every 6 months.
Foster/adoptive/guardianship families can receive a 30% discount at ReFresh.
To qualify for this program, you must bring proof of placement, such as a placement letter, court order, or the most recent maintenance check stub.

We gladly accept donations of new or gently-used prom dresses year round. We are also always seeking accessories to help our students complete their looks, such as shoes, earrings, necklaces, and evening bags/clutches.

Please bring your donations to:

ReFresh is open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 12-5 pm.

Please park in the free, top-level parking garage and bring your donations in through the front door, or call us at (314) 881-0331 and we will gladly help!

All donations are tax deductible and you’ll receive a $5 ReFresh coupon when you make a donation.
