We are thrilled to announce that next year marks a significant milestone for the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition – our 35th anniversary of serving children and families in the St. Louis region!
For Every Child . . . A Place to Call Home!
For three and a half decades, the Coalition has dedicated itself to bridging systemic gaps and barriers in child welfare. Our mission is to create safe, nurturing, and culturally competent homes and communities for children and youth impacted by the child welfare system.
In celebration of this milestone, we have some special activities planned to commemorate our journey and the incredible impact we’ve made on countless lives. But first, let’s reflect on what we’ve accomplished.
Over the past 35 years, we’ve had the honor of serving more than 44,000 children and families. Our journey has been remarkable, evolving from a single support program to a diverse portfolio of over twenty initiatives! Among our notable achievements, we’ve introduced groundbreaking programs such as Extreme Recruitment® and 30 Days to Family®, which have gained national acclaim and been replicated widely.
Our commitment to finding safe and nurturing homes for children remains unwavering. As we approach our 35th anniversary, we invite you to join us in celebrating this incredible journey.
