What to Expect
Upon contacting the Coalition CareLine, an initial intake and assessment are conducted with the family. Families are then comprehensively assessed to determine their strengths, needs, family composition, and demographics, allowing us to tailor the scope of services accordingly. Once all relevant information about the child, family, and their current concerns is gathered, our specialists develop a personalized support plan that includes regular check-ins. This often involves enhancing families’ understanding of child welfare system policies and practices, facilitating meaningful conversations between families and child welfare professionals as necessary, and attending meetings and court hearings to advocate on behalf of the family. When needed, emotional support services and relevant resources are allocated. The Coalition Carelines empowers caregivers to provide the best care possible!
